Payouts
Work out who's owed what, pay them from your own account, then mark each payout as paid to settle the books.
1. Create payouts
Adds up each partner's ready commissions into one payout. Preview first: it shows who gets paid and changes nothing.
2. Pay, then mark as paid
Pay each one through PayPal, Wise or your bank, then press Mark as paid. That settles the books and emails the partner.
Each CSV lists that method's payouts that are safe to pay, once each, ready to upload to PayPal or Wise. If a hold, tax form or refund lands after you download it, that payout is flagged here and never added to another file.
Tax forms
A pending or rejected form keeps that partner out of payouts. Partners upload theirs from their portal. Download each one, then approve or reject it.

It starts as pending, which blocks that partner's payouts until you approve it.

Emails are switched off on this install, so nothing can be sent yet. Self-hosting? Set AE_MAIL_PROVIDER, AE_MAIL_KEY and AE_MAIL_FROM (see the docs).

Tax form
US persons send a W-9. Everyone else sends a W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (companies). PDF only, 5 MB max. Only the program owner can open it, and they review it before your next payout.
