Tax form
US persons send a W-9. Everyone else sends a W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (companies). PDF only, 5 MB max. Only the program owner can open it, and they review it before your next payout.

Applications

The default hold applies to new programs. Each program keeps its own hold, set in Program settings.
Payout run
Awaiting approval
Each file lists that method's payouts that pass the same checks as Approve, once each. Pay the file, then approve each payout. If a hold, tax form or refund lands after export, the payout is flagged and never re-batched.
Tax documents
A pending or rejected form blocks that affiliate's payouts. Affiliates upload theirs from the portal. Download it, then validate or reject. You can also record a form you collected elsewhere.
Import from another tool
Bring your affiliates, their links and coupons from Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tapfiliate or Tolt. Review first: nothing is written until you press Import. Each import can be undone until money moves against it.
